Job Summary

Matoh Media is hiring a Social Media Manager to run day-to-day on 6–8 client accounts across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.

We're a social media marketing agency based working with real clients doing short-form video, paid social, and creative strategy.

This role is built for someone in the United States who's either fresh out of college or about to be, wants real reps running real accounts, and is ready to break into marketing without waiting in line at a 300-person agency.

What you'll actually do

• Post content we've produced to IG, TikTok, and YouTube on schedule
• Create copy that goes along with each individual post
• Reply to comments and DMs across every account
• Handle the small fires that pop up daily on client pages
• Keep accounts organized, on-brand, and on-time
• Work directly with me (Cash, co-founder) on anything that needs a second set of eyes

Who this is for

• Must be located in the United States
• You grew up on social. You don't need to be taught how IG or TikTok work
• You write fast, clean, and in a brand's voice
• You are very aware and catch small mistakes that occur around you
• You're responsive and clear, always making sure your tasks are completed
• Bonus: you've played with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, automations) and see where they save hours

Logistics

• 1099 contractor, fully remote
• Starts at ~10 hours/week, can grow from there
• $500–$1,500/month depending on scope and experience
• Start date: ASAP

Growth

This isn't a dead-end internship. People who do this job well move into bigger seats on the team Manager track, account lead, operations. We'd rather promote from the inside than hire from the outside.
