Responsibilities

• Create and design engaging posts, stories, and reels using Canva or Adobe Express
• Develop and manage monthly content calendars for Haniff Design and client brands
• Write clear, engaging captions and hashtags that reflect each brand’s tone and message
• Schedule and publish content across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
• Plan, launch, and manage Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns (boosted posts, traffic ads, or engagement ads)
• Track and analyze social media metrics (reach, engagement, conversion) and prepare weekly performance reports
• Research emerging trends and recommend strategies to improve visibility and engagement
• Collaborate with the design and web teams to ensure brand consistency across platforms

Requirements

• Proven experience managing social media pages for brands, businesses, or agencies
• Familiarity with Facebook Ads Manager and running basic ad campaigns (targeting, budgeting, and reporting)
• Strong visual design sense and attention to detail
• Excellent English writing and communication skills
• Proficiency with Canva (Adobe Express, Figma, or Photoshop is a plus)
• Organized, reliable, and able to meet deadlines without supervision
• Stable internet connection
• Bonus: Basic understanding of WordPress, Elementor, or SEO
• Portfolio Requirement (Mandatory)
