Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage and execute organic social media strategies for multiple client accounts across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn (with a strong emphasis on LinkedIn for corporate clients)
  • Develop platform-specific strategies that align with business goals, especially for professional services, B2B, and corporate brands
  • Create, curate, and publish content (copy, graphics, and video) that is conversion-focused, authority-building, and aligned with each client’s positioning
  • Take full ownership of deadlines and deliverables — proactively request content, follow up with clients, and ensure all content is delivered on time and at a high standard
  • Build and manage monthly content calendars that are strategic, intentional, and performance-driven
  • Lead LinkedIn strategy and execution, including thought leadership posts, personal brand content, and company page growth
  • Communicate regularly with clients to align on goals, gather insights, and refine messaging based on performance
  • Engage with audiences by responding to comments, messages, and fostering meaningful, brand-aligned interactions
  • Monitor performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve reach, engagement, and business impact
  • Stay current on platform updates, trends, and best practices, especially within LinkedIn and professional social spaces
  • Collaborate with internal team members to ensure consistency and strategic alignment across all marketing efforts

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing social media accounts for corporate, B2B, or professional service businesses
  • Strong LinkedIn experience is required (personal brands, company pages, and content strategy)
  • Deep understanding of how content differs across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
  • Experience writing compelling, strategic copy that speaks to business audiences and decision-makers
  • Ability to think beyond aesthetics and focus on results, positioning, and messaging
  • Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple clients, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines independently
  • A proactive mindset — someone who takes initiative, solves problems, and doesn’t wait to be told what to do
  • 1099 Contractor
  • Part-time position (approximately 10 hours per week to start)
