Job Summary

Own the social content engine for Epic Story Studios, shaping monthly calendars and creator-ready assets to attract authors and convert interest into inquiries.

  • Draft and manage a cadence of posts, captions, and reels across platforms, aligned to brand voice and service storytelling.
  • Coordinate content production and repurposing from website and testimonials to fuel launches and lead-gen campaigns.
  • Monitor engagement and publish monthly analytics to guide optimization.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage a monthly social media content calendar for Epic Story Studios.
  • Create engaging posts, captions, reels, short-form videos, stories, carousels, and promotional graphics.
  • Write clear, compelling copy that reflects the Epic Story Studios brand voice.
  • Promote services including AI narration, voice cloning, audiobook production, audio editing, and cinematic sound design.
  • Educate potential clients on the benefits of turning their books into audiobooks.
  • Schedule and publish content across approved social media platforms.
  • Monitor comments, messages, and engagement, and respond or flag inquiries as needed.
  • Research relevant trends, hashtags, audio content topics, author communities, and competitor activity.
  • Repurpose existing content from the website, testimonials, videos, scripts, blog posts, and service descriptions.
  • Assist with promotional campaigns, product launches, service announcements, and lead-generation content.

Requirements

  • Experience managing social media accounts for a business, brand, nonprofit, creative company, or personal brand.
  • Strong writing and caption-writing skills.
  • Ability to create simple, polished graphics using Canva, Adobe Express, CapCut, or similar tools.
  • Basic video editing skills for reels, shorts, and promotional clips.
  • Understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, and X best practices.
  • Ability to follow brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual style.
  • Strong organization and communication skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage a content calendar.
  • Comfortable using scheduling tools such as Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Later, Hootsuite, or similar platforms.
