Own social channels end to end for a game-focused brand, balancing authentic vertical content with algorithm-driven reach to drive real growth and engagement.
- Own growth and engagement across TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, and X with consistent, authentic content.
- Use platform mechanics to lift reach and impressions without losing authenticity.
- Write human, engaging copy and collaborate with creators to feed the algorithm effectively.

Responsibilities
- full ownership of our social presence (TikTok, YT, IG, X) across all channels
- feed the algorithm without sacrificing authenticity and show up consistently
Requirements
- 2 yrs of managing Social Media channels for a brand, owning growth, and engagement
- Deep understanding of how platform algorithms work and how to use that knowledge to drive real results
- Strong communication skills able to write copy that sounds human and engaging without a lot of hand-holding
Preferred
- Active D&D / TTRPG player or game master: speaks the community's language natively
- Experience in gaming, entertainment, or community-driven brands
- Video editing skills in TikTok, CapCut, AI Tools, etc
- Leveraged content scheduling tools such as Hootsuite
