Responsibilities

• Designing static and short-form video assets that feel polished and on-brand — Canva templates are your starting point, not your ceiling
• Managing and maintaining visual consistency across multiple platforms and brand identities as a Content Designer who gets the details right
• Light video editing for Reels, TikToks, and YouTube Shorts — cuts, captions, pacing
• Scheduling and publishing via Later as the day-to-day Social Media Manager; monitoring comments and DMs
• Tracking basic performance and flagging what the team needs to weigh in on

Requirements

• You think of yourself as both a Social Media Manager and a Content Designer — not one or the other
• People have told you your work looks good — not just that it performed well
• You've supported social for a brand or agency and have the receipts to prove it
• You're fluent in Canva and can work within brand guidelines without drifting
• You know what makes a Reel stop the scroll — and can execute it
• You're reliable, detail-oriented, and don't need to be chased down for updates
• Available Mon–Fri, roughly 9am–5pm EST
