Social Media Manager and Content Creator

Responsibilities

• Film videos and take photos of our work 3–4 days per week
• Create and edit short-form videos such as TikToks, Instagram Reels, Facebook Reels, and YouTube Shorts
• Post content daily across all company social media accounts
• Help manage Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and other social media platforms
• Come up with video ideas, hooks, captions, and content concepts
• Organize photos and videos for future posts
• Help grow our social media presence and keep our pages active
• Capture our crews, equipment, machinery, job sites, projects, and behind-the-scenes content
• Follow current social media trends and find creative ways to use them for our company

Requirements

• We are mainly looking for someone who is responsible, dependable, creative, and willing to learn.
• Previous professional experience is not required.
• You may be a good fit if you: Already enjoy filming, photography, editing, TikTok, Instagram, or social media
• Have experience using your own camera, phone, editing apps, or computer
• Are comfortable being around construction equipment and active job sites
• Can work independently and stay consistent with posting
• Are willing to learn video editing and social media management
• Have reliable transportation to travel to job sites when needed
• If you already have your own camera, editing software, or equipment, that’s great — but it is not required.
