Role Overview
We are looking for a high-level Content Creator to take full ownership of our daily content production.

This is a hands-on role focused on ideation, filming, and editing high-performing short-form video content (Reels / TikTok).

Responsibilities

• Create high-quality, viral-focused short-form videos (Reels + TikTok)
• Produce and batch content Monday–Friday (filming + editing)
• Ensure content is scheduled and posted 7 days per week
• Develop strong hooks, creative concepts, and engaging storytelling
• Film in the salon (clients, transformations, behind-the-scenes)
• Edit quickly with fast turnaround (same-day or next-day when needed)
• Stay on top of trends and adapt them to a luxury brand
• Collaborate with the team to capture real client moments and results

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience creating viral or high-performing short-form content
• Strong understanding of hooks, pacing, and what makes people stop scrolling
• Fast and efficient editor (CapCut, Final Cut, or similar)
• Comfortable directing and filming clients on camera
• Highly creative, consistent, and execution-focused
• Able to batch content and maintain daily posting cadence

Compensation

• $75,000 – $95,000 base salary
• Performance bonus based on content output and impact

Schedule

• In-person: Monday–Friday
• Must ensure content is posted consistently 7 days per week (via scheduling and batching)
