Responsibilities

• Manage the firm's presence on TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and other relevant social platforms
• Develop and maintain a consistent social media content calendar
• Create, film, edit, and publish short-form videos, TikToks, Reels, Stories, photos, graphics, and other digital content
• Work directly with attorneys and staff to create engaging content
• Direct attorneys and staff on camera to help produce natural, entertaining, and informative videos
• Turn legal and financial topics into simple, interesting, consumer-friendly content
• Develop recurring content series, FAQs, myth-vs.-fact videos, attorney Q&As, reactions, behind-the-scenes content, and other creative concepts
• Identify current social media trends, sounds, formats, topics, and memes that can appropriately be adapted to the firm's brand
• Write engaging hooks, captions, headlines, and calls-to-action
• Maintain a consistent brand voice and personality across platforms

Requirements

• Creative, outgoing, energetic, personable, and genuinely understands social media.
• Understands TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and short-form social media.
• Knows what makes someone stop scrolling and watch.
• Can independently take an idea from concept to finished post.
• Is comfortable filming, editing, and producing quality short-form video.
• Is comfortable approaching, directing, and filming attorneys and staff.
• Understands hooks, storytelling, pacing, captions, trends, and calls-to-action.
• Regularly follows social media trends and understands current internet culture.
• Can bring original ideas to the table without needing to be told what to post every day.
• Has strong written and verbal communication skills.
