Responsibilities

• Social Media Strategy
• Own Kodo's day-to-day social presence across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Pinterest and emerging platforms
• Build and manage monthly content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns
• Develop platform-specific strategies for educator (B2B) and parent (B2C) audiences
• Identify new opportunities for audience growth and engagement
• Launch and grow Kodo's TikTok presence
• Lead implementation and optimization of TikTok Shop
• Content Creation
• Concept, shoot, edit and publish short-form video
• Produce engaging Reels, TikToks, Shorts and Stories

Requirements

• 5+ years managing social media for a consumer or mission-driven brand
• Proven experience creating high-performing short-form video
• Strong portfolio demonstrating storytelling across multiple platforms
• Experience planning, filming and editing content independently
• Experience managing social content calendars
• Experience with both B2B and B2C marketing a plus
