Responsibilities

• Community Management (Primary Focus)
• Manage daily engagement across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other platforms
• Respond to comments, DMs, mentions, and tags within established response time goals
• Proactively engage with followers, nail professionals, and creators
• Monitor brand sentiment and escalate customer issues when needed
• Identify, repost, and build relationships through user-generated content (UGC)
• Support influencer interactions and community-building initiatives
• Maintain and evolve Mia Secret’s tone of voice across platforms
• Content & Graphic Design (Secondary Focus)
• Design social media graphics, promotional assets, and campaign visuals. Main assets will be produced by Mia Secret's creative director.

Requirements

• 2–3+ years of experience in *community management, social media, or digital marketing*
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and short-form content culture
• Proven ability to build and engage online communities
• Graphic design experience with strong visual storytelling skills
• Proficiency in Canva and CapCut (Adobe Creative Suite is a plus)
• Excellent written communication and brand voice awareness
• Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Passion for beauty, cosmetics, or the nail industry preferred
• Bilingual (English/Spanish is a plus)
