Own on-site content creation and social execution with light operations carry, including filming, editing for Reels/TikTok, and posting cadence with basic metrics.
- Content Creation: Film on-site and edit short-form video for Reels and TikTok.
- Social Execution: Write captions and coordinate posting with the social team.
- Operations & Reporting: Track weekly performance metrics and support scheduling in Jobber.

Responsibilities
- Film before, during, and after footage on job sites
- Edit short-form video for Instagram Reels and TikTok
- Write captions and coordinate posting with our social media team
- Track basic performance metrics weekly
- Support scheduling and job tracking in Jobber
- Help manage client follow-ups and estimates
- Assist with vendor coordination and job prep
- Keep internal documents and SOPs updated
Requirements
- Experience creating short-form video content (Reels / TikTok)
- Strong written communication
- Organized and self-directed — you don't need to be chased down
- Comfortable showing up to job sites in Los Angeles
- Based in LA
- Bonus: experience in trades, construction, or landscaping
- Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
