Job Description
Responsibilities
- Content (60%):
- * Film before, during, and after footage on job sites
- * Edit short-form video for Instagram Reels and TikTok
- * Write captions and coordinate posting with our social media team
- * Track basic performance metrics weekly
- * Have experience with Go Highlevel and Claude
- Operations (40%):
- * Support scheduling and job tracking in Jobber
- * Help manage client follow-ups and estimates
- * Assist with vendor coordination and job prep
Requirements
- Experience creating short-form video content (Reels / TikTok)
- Strong written communication
- Organized and self-directed — you don't need to be chased down
- Comfortable showing up to job sites in Los Angeles
- Based in LA
Preferred
- Bonus: experience in trades, construction, or landscaping.
- Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
