Social Media Manager and Content Creator

Responsibilities

• The role includes: * Full management of two brands across Instagram and Facebook as the company page launches. *Content strategy, planning, creation, editing, captions, and publishing.*
• Developing compelling Reels, strong hooks, and content that reflects my voice.
• Community management and audience engagement.
• Reviewing analytics and adjusting strategy to improve reach, follower growth, and business results.
• Coordinating with our marketing and ads teams as the company brand expands.
• Instagram growth expertise is essential.
• Facebook experience is required, and TikTok experience is a plus.
• I’m looking for someone who takes initiative, understands personal branding, and can turn ideas into content that connects and performs.
• This is a hands-on strategy and management role—not simply scheduling posts.

Requirements

• You must have proven experience growing multiple accounts to 50,000–100,000+ followers.
• Instagram growth expertise is essential.
• Facebook experience is required, and TikTok experience is a plus.
• Please provide examples showing starting follower counts, growth timelines, and your specific role in achieving those results.
• I’m looking for someone who takes initiative, understands personal branding, and can turn ideas into content that connects and performs.
• This is a hands-on strategy and management role—not simply scheduling posts.
• This is a hybrid position so you must be within Florida or driving distance for content days.
