Social Media Manager & Content Creator

Responsibilities

• Create engaging Instagram Reels, TikTok videos, Facebook posts, stories, and other social media content.
• Edit and repurpose our existing videos, patient testimonials, before-and-after photos, and educational materials.
• Develop original content ideas and engaging social media campaigns.
• Plan, organize, and maintain a consistent posting schedule.
• Write compelling captions and calls to action that encourage consultation inquiries.
• Develop strategies to increase organic reach, engagement, brand awareness, and qualified leads.
• Assist with social media interactions, comments, and direct messages.
• Stay current with social media trends and platform updates.
• Monitor performance and provide recommendations for continued growth.
• Maintain professional, accurate, and compliant messaging appropriate for the medical aesthetics industry.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience creating and managing social media content for businesses.
• Strong short-form video editing skills.
• Proficiency with Canva, CapCut, or similar editing software.
• Understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and social media engagement strategies.
• Strong writing, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and consistently deliver content.
• Medical aesthetics, cosmetic surgery, or hair restoration marketing experience strongly preferred.
