Own and execute Party Pack Entertainment’s social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, and other platforms, building an engaged community and driving event awareness and ticket sales through creative content, collaboration with staff, and data-driven optimization.

Develop and test content ideas for posts, stories, reels, polls, and giveaways
Monitor trends, engagement, and analytics to refine campaigns
Coordinate with photographers, DJs, artists, and event staff to collect and repurpose content

Job Description

Responsibilities

Manage Party Pack Entertainment’s social media presence across Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, and other platforms
Create strategies to increase followers, engagement, reach, and overall online visibility
Respond to comments, DMs, mentions, and audience interactions
Build an active community around Party Pack Entertainment and its events
Develop creative ideas for posts, stories, reels, polls, giveaways, and interactive content
Promote upcoming events, artists, DJs, and announcements
Monitor trends and identify opportunities for content that can increase reach
Encourage audience interaction before, during, and after events
Coordinate with photographers, videographers, DJs, artists, and event staff to collect content
Track engagement and platform performance to identify what content is working

Requirements

Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, and social media trends
Creative and comfortable coming up with new content ideas
Strong communication and writing skills
Understanding of social media analytics and engagement metrics
Comfortable interacting with an online audience
Reliable, organized, and able to meet deadlines

Preferred

Experience managing social media for a business, event, artist, or organization is a plus
Passion for music, entertainment, events, and social media

Posted range

$25/hr – $35/hr
