Responsibilities

• Create engaging content for TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and other social platforms
• Film and edit videos, reels, shorts, and behind-the-scenes content
• Stay ahead of social media trends and turn them into opportunities for our brand
• Manage posting schedules, audience engagement, and community interactions
• Develop content that increases brand awareness, grows our audience, and generates leads
• Travel to trade shows, industry expos, and company events to capture content and represent our brand
• Interview customers, vendors, and team members to create authentic and engaging stories
• Bring fresh, creative ideas that help elevate our online presence

Requirements

• Experience managing TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and Meta Business Suite
• Strong video production and editing skills
• Understanding of social media trends, platform algorithms, and content strategy
• Comfortable both on camera and directing others on camera
• Willingness to travel for events, trade shows, and company functions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Organized, dependable, and self-motivated
• Creative mindset with the ability to generate new ideas and execute them effectively

• Experience growing social media accounts and driving engagement is highly preferred
