Job Description
Responsibilities
- Lead social content execution & programming efforts across channels: social post/video editing, packaging & language, posting, reporting
- Develop and execute CLEAR’s social strategy, aligned to core brand and product priorities
- Grow CLEAR’s social community while infusing offerings into content
- Deploy excellent social platform knowledge to properly prioritize and optimize content across our key channels: content direction, packaging, optimal posting strategy/calendar, reporting, etc.
- Elevate and grow our community across all social channels by engaging with followers across comments, DMs, and real-time moments
- Partner with Creative and Marketing teams to bring campaigns and ideas to life on social
Requirements
- 5+ years of social media experience
- Excellent social platform and content optimization knowledge
- Experience building a social brand for a product or service
- Hands-on content creation, editing, packaging, and programming expertise
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into action
- Highly organized, dependable to hit deadlines, and able to maintain our brand voice
