Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, organization, scheduling, and performance tracking of multiple client accounts across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
• Manage content delivery where each client receives 8-12 short-form videos per month to post and schedule
• Optimize content and write captions
• Batch schedule content and monitor performance
• Maintain organized systems for multiple client accounts
• Possibly scale to managing 4–5 client accounts over time
• This role does not include video editing, paid ads, cold outreach, or filming responsibilities

Requirements

• Proven experience in social media management
• Strong writing skills for captions and content optimization
• Experience developing and executing content strategies
• Familiarity with Metricool or similar scheduling tools
• Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok best practices
• Ability to interpret analytics and adjust strategy
• Excellent organization and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts independently
• Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely
• Students or interns with strong skillsets encouraged to apply
