Job Description

Responsibilities

Filming content on-site with clients (roughly 2x/month per account)
Planning content strategy based on client goals and current trends
Creating graphics when needed (no video editing — our team handles that)
Writing captions and optimizing posts for each platform
Scheduling and managing content through Metricool
Communicating directly with clients and managing those relationships
Tracking performance and delivering monthly reports
Bringing fresh ideas to the table consistently

Requirements

Based in Metro Detroit / Michigan area (local is a must)
Proven experience managing social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook)
Comfortable on camera and behind one
Organized, reliable, and able to juggle multiple clients at once
Strong communicator, with both our team and clients
Creative thinker who stays on top of trends
