Job Summary

Own clinic social media operations and content strategy, coordinating 120+ pages and multi-channel outreach to drive patient engagement and brand health.

  • Manage and optimize clinic Facebook pages and other social channels to ensure accuracy, compliance, and alignment with branding.
  • Develop clinic-level strategies and calendars that support patient engagement, community activity, and growth.
  • Coordinate content collection, approvals, and publishing with cross-functional teams to enable timely, compliant communications.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain 120+ clinic Facebook pages and other designated social channels with accuracy and brand alignment.
  • Develop and execute clinic-level social strategies supporting VIPcare goals, patient engagement, and growth.
  • Coordinate content gathering and timely communications with Office Managers, Regional Managers, providers, Marketing, and other teams.
  • Create, curate, and publish medically appropriate content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, and emerging channels.
  • Maintain a content calendar balancing corporate initiatives, local activities, provider spotlights, and health campaigns.
  • Monitor activity, respond to comments and reviews per guidelines, and manage reputation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Digital Media, or a related field required.
  • 5+ years of experience managing social media programs, preferably within healthcare, multi-site operations, franchised businesses, or distributed organizations.
  • Demonstrated experience managing social media accounts across multiple business locations or brands.
  • Experience supporting both enterprise marketing initiatives and local market-level engagement strategies.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, content optimization techniques, audience engagement strategies, and digital marketing best practices.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and visual communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging to diverse audiences.
  • Proven experience developing and managing content calendars, social media campaigns, and multi-channel communication strategies.
  • Proficiency with social media management platforms such as Meta Business Suite, Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar tools.
  • Experience utilizing analytics and reporting platforms to measure campaign effectiveness and optimize performance.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage numerous priorities, deadlines, stakeholders, and locations simultaneously.
