Responsibilities

• Film, edit, and curate engaging short-form video content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Youtube, and other platforms. ( Must be posting on all Platforms daily and different platforms sizing per content, will differ per channel)
• Consistent Daily Posting (2-3x Daily)
• Trail Reels ( additional from daily posting trail reels for different styles and content)
• Create Instagram Reels, Stories, graphics, captions, thumbnails, and content calendars.
• Post and organize video content for YouTube.
• Manage and grow Dr. Jarrett’s and Designer Aesthetics’ social media accounts.
• Design promotional flyers and branded graphics using Canva, Photoshop, CapCut, or similar tools.
• Stay current on social media trends, sounds, formats, and audience behavior; pitch content ideas based on those insights, have monthly or biweekly content calendar and scripts planned and direction of content.
• Plan, launch, and evaluate social media campaigns.
• Track performance through Meta Analytics and other reporting tools, then turn insights into recommendations.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of social media management experience preferred
• Strong video editing skills, especially in CapCut or similar editing software
• Experience creating polished, fast-paced short-form content for Instagram and TikTok
• Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or comparable graphic-design tools
• Strong understanding of platform algorithms, best practices, analytics, and content trends
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing several projects and deadlines at once
• English fluency is required; Spanish fluency is strongly preferred. Additional languages are a plus
