Social Media Manager

Responsibilities

• The Role: own and grow our organic social presence across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube
• Our primary objective is organic lead generation, supported by continued brand development, audience growth, and establishing Aesteem and its providers as authorities in aesthetics
• Providers film assigned content. You will own the strategy behind that content—what gets created, creative direction, provider assignments and deadlines, editing, publishing, community engagement, and performance optimization
• Manage 5 social channels: 2 Instagram accounts, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube
• Develop and maintain the content calendar
• Create provider-specific content assignments based on Aesteem initiatives, performance data, and relevant aesthetic trends
• Provide creative briefs, scripts, hooks, and deadlines and manage provider deliverables through completion
• Own content ideation, script writing, captions/copy, and video editing
• Optimize creative, messaging, CTAs, and distribution for each platform
• Manage inboxes, comments, and proactive community engagement Monday–Friday

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience managing and growing consumer-facing social accounts
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube
• Excellent short-form video editing, copywriting, and script-writing skills
• Strong creative judgment with an understanding of organic lead generation
• Ability to translate business objectives into compelling social content
• Strong project-management skills and ability to manage multiple provider deadlines
• Comfortable using analytics and performance data to guide strategy
• Highly organized, proactive, and accountable

Preferred

• Experience in aesthetics, beauty, wellness, luxury, or another visually driven consumer category preferred
