Job Description

Responsibilities

Managing and growing our social media presence in multiple companies (content, posting, engagement)
Creating and coordinating marketing content and lead generation that reflects our brand
Monitoring reviews and online reputation
Answering inbound calls and delivering a top-tier customer experience
Supporting scheduling and communication between customers and our team

Requirements

Creative and comfortable with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
Positive, upbeat, and genuinely people-oriented
Strong communication skills—both written and over the phone
Organized and able to manage multiple priorities
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
Typing speed of 45+ WPM preferred
A willing teammate helping to do “whatever it takes” to launch, grow and help others succeed
