Role Description

We are looking for a highly creative and strategic Social Media Lead to own and scale our social media presence, with a strong focus on YouTube content strategy and growth. This is a full-time remote role for someone who understands how to build engaging content, grow online communities, and create a strong brand voice across platforms.

The ideal candidate is equal parts strategist, creator, and operator — someone who can develop high-performing content ideas, oversee execution, analyze performance metrics, and continuously optimize for growth and engagement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Social Media Marketing, with a strong focus on YouTube growth and content strategy
• Demonstrated track record of growing YouTube channels and producing high-performing content
• Strong understanding of YouTube analytics, audience retention, thumbnails, titles, SEO, and platform best practices
• Experience with Social Media Optimization (SMO) and content performance optimization
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills with the ability to craft compelling brand messaging
• Strong writing and editing skills tailored to different audiences and platforms
• Proficiency with social media analytics and scheduling tools
• Highly organized, proactive, creative, and comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced remote environment
• Ability to think strategically while also being hands-on in content execution, including shooting and producing high quality content.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a plus
• Experience working with creator brands, e-commerce brands, startups, or consumer-focused companies
• Basic understanding of video production workflows, editing, and creative direction
