Responsibilities

• Plan and manage monthly Instagram content calendars.
• Create engaging content (stories, reels, carousels) that connect with our audience.
• Research trends, hashtags, and engagement strategies to grow followers.
• Monitor performance metrics and share recommendations to improve results.
• Research industry trends and present insights to the team.

Requirements

• Passionate about social media and brand marketing.
• Current college student (juniors and seniors preferred).
• Available to work no more than 10–15 hours/week during Eastern Time business hours.
• Committed for the full summer session (15 weeks, with opportunity to extend). Tentative start: May 4, ends around August 14.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Extensive prior experience is not required. Curiosity, initiative, and creativity are essential qualifications.
