Responsibilities

• Drive engagement across social media channels and increase followers
• Own the creation and scheduling of content across Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube from concept to publish
• Photograph and film products, installs, and lifestyle content (in-shop or at events)
• Engage with followers by responding to comments, DMs, and brand mentions
• Research trends, hashtags, and competitor activity within the motorcycle and trucking communities
• Help coordinate with riders, truckers, and influencers for user-generated content and partnerships
• Track basic performance metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth)
• Support the marketing team with campaign ideas and content calendars

Requirements

• Currently pursuing /recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Must be able to read, write and comprehend the English language.
• Portfolio submission is required — motorsports or automotive work is a bonus
• Ability to work on-site at our facility (Lincoln, NE)
• Some travel to industry events
• Experience with Meta Business Suite
• Photo/video editing skills (Adobe, CapCut, or similar)
• Self-starter who can take initiative and meet deadlines

Preferred

• Extensive Experience creating short-form reels/TikToks as well as longer YouTube-style content
