Requirements

Live on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
Understand what makes a strong hook
Love podcasts, entertainment, creators, or digital media
Have basic video-editing skills
Know your way around CapCut, Canva, Premiere, or similar tools
Can write a good caption without sounding like a corporate robot
Are creative, organized, dependable, and comfortable working independently
Pay attention to trends before everyone else starts using them
Aren’t afraid to bring new ideas to the team
You don't need years of experience. We care about creativity, curiosity, and whether you understand social media.
