Job Summary

Drive social content ideation and planning for a founder-led agency internship.

  • Own idea generation, caption writing, and scheduling for UGC and brand content.
  • Must-have: 20 hours/week availability and familiarity with Canva/CapCut.
  • Standout: Direct collaboration with the founder and real campaigns to build a live portfolio.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Brainstorm and create ideas for posts, stories, and reels (UGC-style and brand content)
  • Research current and emerging trends across all platforms
  • Help plan, draft, and schedule content strategically
  • Write captions, hooks, and creative copy that connect
  • Engage with communities and track post-performance
  • Collaborate directly with our founder and creative strategist and clients on campaign concepts

Requirements

  • College student or recent grad studying Marketing, Communications, Media, or Design
  • Availability ~20 hours/week | May 2026 – August 2026 (option to continue if it’s a great fit)
  • Familiar with Canva, CapCut, and/or other creative tools
  • Understand the difference between “posting” and strategic posting

Preferred

  • Bonus: experience filming or editing UGC-style videos
