Responsibilities

• Support the social media team by assisting with content planning, taking photos and videos, drafting posts, and creating reels from captured content to schedule across various platforms.
• Day-to-day tasks include monitoring social channels, engaging with audiences, and compiling performance metrics to help optimize campaigns.
• This role offers hands-on experience in agency operations and exposure to diverse client industries.
• Hybrid work arrangement, combining on-site collaboration and some work-from-home flexibility in the San Antonio area.

Requirements

• Familiarity with key social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn) and a personal interest in current digital trends.
• Comfortable capturing photos and shooting short-form video (using a smartphone or basic camera) for social media content.
• Eagerness to learn content creation tools like Canva or in-app editing features for Reels and posts.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
• A positive, collaborative attitude with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced agency environment and apply constructive feedback.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed coursework in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.
