Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Run our TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook accounts day to day
  • Shoot and edit short videos: product demos, cat content, trends, behind the scenes
  • Write captions, hooks, and copy that sound like a real person, not a brand
  • Plan and help host live shows on TikTok Shop and Whatnot
  • Own our Amazon and website listings and make them convert
  • Find and work with pet creators and influencers
  • Build a community of cat owners who love us
  • Track sales and growth numbers, and tell us every week what's working and what's next

Requirements

  • Have 2+ years making content, running social media, or driving online sales for a brand (show us your work)
  • Can shoot on a phone and edit fast in CapCut, Premiere, or similar
  • Live on TikTok and Instagram and just get what makes people stop scrolling
  • Care about sales, not just likes
  • Write in a natural, conversational American voice
  • Like owning your results and don't need a lot of hand-holding
  • Are comfortable on camera, or great at directing people who are

Preferred

  • Have helped grow a brand from scratch
  • Have managed people or worked with freelancers and agencies
  • Have experience with pet, consumer tech, or smart home products
  • Have done live selling or influencer outreach
  • Have a Pet (seriously, it helps)
