- We’re looking for a Social Media Director who can own, scale, and optimize our theme pages while driving visibility for our clients, events, and products.
- This is not a “post and chill” role.
- This is for someone who understands attention, growth, and execution at a high level.
- Owning Our Theme Pages
- Oversee 3–5 Instagram & Facebook theme pages
- Manage the team posting daily content
- Ensure consistency, quality, and growth across all accounts
- Hold people accountable for execution
- Driving Performance
- Track metrics across all pages (reach, engagement, conversions)
