Responsibilities

Owning Our Theme Pages
Oversee 3–5 Instagram & Facebook theme pages
Manage the team posting daily content
Ensure consistency, quality, and growth across all accounts
Hold people accountable for execution
Track metrics across all pages (reach, engagement, conversions)
Deliver weekly performance reports to leadership
Identify what’s working and double down fast
Cut what’s not working without hesitation
