Job Summary

Own the end-to-end social media program for the organization, driving content creation, scheduling, engagement, and monthly reporting across multiple platforms.

  • Plan and execute a consistent content calendar across platforms
  • Produce basic graphics, carousels, and short videos
  • Monitor feedback and respond to reviews and comments promptly

Responsibilities

  • Capture and curate daily/weekly moments, activities and resident milestones
  • Manage a consistent content calendar across platforms (Facebook, Google, LinkedIn etc.)
  • Create basic graphic designs, photo carousels, and short-form videos (staff spotlights, resident interviews, facility engagements etc.)
  • Monitor and respond to online reviews, comments, and messages in a timely and professional manner.
  • Foster a digital community for families of residents by sharing, event flyers and facility news.
  • Track platform metrics (Community outreach, engagement, follower growth) and provide monthly reports.

Preferred

  • Proficient with social media scheduling tools and design software
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google analytics
  • Experience managing and maintaining a website
