Job Description

Responsibilities

Plan and run the weekly content calendar for pilotpractice.com and kloudmd.com: LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube Shorts.
Shoot and edit short videos in person in Tempe: founder clips, product demos, client wins.
Turn what actually happens in our work into posts: real campaigns, real booking numbers, before-and-after site builds.
Check the numbers every week, say plainly what worked, and change next week's plan based on it.

Requirements

You have a portfolio you can show: an account you grew, a brand you ran, or videos you shot and edited.
You care about the "why": hooks, retention, which post brought in leads.
You're comfortable on camera, both presenting to it and shooting yourself and the team. Much of what we post is founder clips, product demos and client stories filmed in Tempe.
You live in the Phoenix metro area and can be in Tempe for shoots.
