Responsibilities

• Social Media Management
• - Develop, schedule, and publish engaging content across all social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and more)
• - Grow followers and engagement while building an active community
• - Respond to customer comments and messages when appropriate
• - Track engagement, follower growth, and campaign performance
• Creative & Content Development
• - Create graphics, short-form videos, and promotional content
• - Assist with product photography and video production
• - Coordinate creative assets for advertising and marketing campaigns
• - Write blog posts, product descriptions, and website content

Requirements

• - Significant horseback riding / equine experience required , you'll be creating content about horses, tack, and riding, and authenticity matters
• - 2+ years of experience in social media content creation and/or digital marketing
• - Hands-on skills with graphic design and short-form video tools (Adobe Creative Suite or Canva)
• - Strong copywriting and communication skills
• - A creative mindset with excellent organizational and time-management skills
• - Comfort with photography and video capture a strong plus

Preferred

• - Experience creating content for an e-commerce brand
• - Familiarity with SEO best practices for blog and product content
• - Knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or Copilot for content productivity
