- Performance-driven optimization: analyze metrics to drive engagement and brand awareness across channels.
- Cross-functional execution: collaborate with internal teams in a hybrid LA-based setup to translate insights into action.

- Day to day tasks include planning social media calendars, writing and scheduling posts, analyzing performance metrics, and collaborating with internal teams to align online strategies with ongoing programs and campaigns
Requirements
- Strong skills in Social Media Content Creation and Social Media Marketing
- Proficiency in Digital Marketing and experience with marketing tools and platforms
- Excellent Communication and Writing skills to create compelling content and manage community engagement
- Ability to analyze social media metrics and translate insights into actionable strategies
- Experience with hybrid work environments and effective time management
Preferred
- Knowledge of fitness industry trends and passion for fitness and wellness is a plus
