Social Media Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Execute a results-driven social media strategy within the hospitality industry.
• Develop and curate high-volume engaging content for social media platforms.
• Assist in the creation and editing of written, video, and photo content.
• Maintain a unified brand voice for each customer across social media channels.
• Audit social media posts for clarity, consistency, and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with hotel owners, managers, and marketing teams to create weekly & monthly social media calendars.
• Monitor social media channels for industry trends.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred with a Hospitality, Marketing, or Communications focus.
• 1 -2 years of experience in client support, marketing, social media, and/or guest relations.
• Knowledge of image editing and designing tools, including Adobe, Canva, & CapCut.
• Familiar with using AI tools to generate images and video.

Preferred

• Marketing agency experience preferred.
