Job Summary

Own the social media presence across multiple platforms, create engaging media content, and coordinate daily tasks while syncing with the Japan team to promote blog posts and maintain a cohesive identity.

Social Content Execution: manage publishing across Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, and TikTok
Collaboration & Brand Governance: partner with a designer to keep a single identity across channels and time zones
Operational Rhythm: set daily tasks and promotions to ensure timely execution

Job Description

Responsibilities

Must maintain social media presence on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, TikTok, and our blog.
Develop innovative and creative media content across social media platforms
Report to marketing manager and collaborate with graphic designer to ensure a cohesive social media identity
Setup daily tasks and activity for all social media outlets
Send out mass emails promoting blog posts
Collaborate with Japan-based team members across time zones to ensure seamless communication and execution of social media initiatives.

Requirements

Passion for social media and proficiency with major social media platforms and social media management tools.
Detailed-oriented, attention to detail extremely important
Comfortable working in Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Must feel comfortable editing simple short-form videos
Japanese proficiency is plus
