Social Media Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Social Media Management & Scheduling
• Maintain and update social media content calendars
• Ensure all content is accurate, properly formatted, and published on schedule
• Track content approvals, deadlines, and client feedback
• Write and edit social media copy tailored to each client's brand and audience
• Create graphics, Instagram Stories, Reels, and other social media content
• Edit short-form videos using DaVinci Resolve
• Repurpose existing photos, videos, and other materials across platforms
• Assist with photo and video capture at performances, rehearsals, and events as needed
• Research social media trends and suggest relevant creative ideas

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in social media, digital marketing, communications, or a related field preferred
• Experience capturing video with mirrorless cameras
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills
• Experience managing or creating content for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
• Proficiency in Canva and Meta Business Suite
• Experience editing short-form video using Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve
• Strong proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)
• Experience with social media scheduling and project management tools preferred
• Strong communication and relationship management skills
• Basic understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics
