Job Summary

Own the end-to-end social content flow for a Bellevue clinic, from on-site shoots to posting, engagement, and monthly performance reports, all within brand and HIPAA guidelines.

  • Content Production: Plan, capture, edit, and schedule across Instagram and TikTok while preserving the brand aesthetic.
  • Community & Compliance: Respond to comments/DMs and manage engagement within brand and patient-privacy rules.
  • Performance & Campaigns: Track reach/engagement and partner on campaigns, launches, and promotions to drive audience growth.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Plan, create, and schedule content (Reels, TikToks, carousels, Stories) that reflects our elevated brand aesthetic
  • Maintain a consistent posting calendar across platforms
  • Capture and edit photo/video content on-site at our Bellevue clinic
  • Engage with our community — respond to comments and DMs within brand and compliance guidelines
  • Track performance (reach, engagement, follower growth) and report monthly
  • Collaborate with our team on campaigns, promotions, and launches

Requirements

  • A portfolio or examples of social content you’ve created or accounts you’ve grown
  • Strong eye for design and ability to execute within an established brand (we’ll provide brand guidelines)
  • Fluency with Instagram, TikTok, CapCut/Canva, Claude and scheduling tools
  • Dependable, organized, and able to work independently
  • Comfortable learning and following strict patient-privacy (HIPAA) protocols — no patient photos or medical info posted without proper consent and approval
  • Part-time, ~15–20 hours/week
  • Hybrid: on-site content capture in Bellevue + remote editing/scheduling
  • Pay: $18-25/hour
