Performance & Community: Track engagement, analyze trends, and respond to comments to refine strategy and foster loyalty.

Responsibilities

Plan, create, and publish engaging content across TikTok, Instagram, and X
Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with campaigns and product launches
Monitor engagement, trends, and platform updates to optimize performance
Track and analyze social metrics to evaluate content success and refine strategy
Respond to comments and direct messages to build brand loyalty and foster community engagement

Requirements

Proven experience managing brand accounts on TikTok, Instagram, and Twitter/X
Strong skills in short-form video and social content creation
Familiarity with social media analytics tools and performance reporting
Creative mindset with a sense of humor, trend awareness, and ability to maintain brand voice

Preferred

Experience in cannabis, lifestyle, or youth-focused brands is a plus
