Job Summary

Own day-to-day social content operations across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok with calendar discipline, storytelling stories, daily reels, cross-platform repurposing, community engagement, and weekly analytics + trend reporting, plus ongoing content-system improvements in close partnership with the marketing lead.

Content Execution: manage and publish daily content across platforms and publish reels and stories.
Content System & Reporting: maintain the calendar, deliver Friday analytics and Monday trend recommendations.
Collaboration & Optimization: work with the marketing lead to improve the content system over time and implement weekly content strategy bets.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Manage and execute daily content across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
Keep the content calendar consistently ahead of schedule
Create and publish daily stories — storytelling posts, engagement prompts, and reposts of main-feed content
Publish daily reels to the main feed
Repurpose content across platforms
Engage with the community daily by responding to comments and messages across all platforms
Submit a written analytics report every Friday tracking weekly content performance
Research weekly trends and deliver a written trends report every Monday with specific recommendations for that week’s content strategy
Work directly alongside the marketing lead and help improve the content system over time
