Responsibilities

• Travel to construction sites to film and photograph crews, equipment, and work in progress
• Edit footage into short videos for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
• Post content on a regular schedule and keep the accounts up to date
• Coordinate with crews and supervisors on what to capture
• Track basic engagement and report results
• Follow all site safety rules and wear required PPE on every visit

Requirements

• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• must be able to drive to job sites
• Comfortable working on and around active construction sites and heavy equipment
• Able to film and edit video (phone or camera; CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar)
• Familiar with Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
• Dependable and able to manage a schedule
• Able to work outdoors in varying weather and walk uneven terrain
• Able to lift and carry basic gear

Preferred

• Prior experience working on construction sites or in the trades
• Examples of past video or social media content
• Basic understanding of OSHA / job-site safety
