Job Summary

Own end-to-end social content production for a multi-channel feed, balancing platform specific formats with consistent brand visuals and voice.

  • Brand Content & Production: Cut shorts, build sizzle reels, and contribute on shoots to shape a growing social voice.
  • Channel Execution: Own the publishing calendar and tailor posts for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and more per channel audience.
  • Creative Consistency: Design thumbnails and graphics that reinforce a cohesive network look across all shows and posts.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Short-form editing: Cut long-form show footage into clean, platform-ready clips (roughly one minute and under) using CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar tools.
  • Graphics and thumbnails: Design thumbnails and supporting graphics in Adobe Creative Suite to give every show and post a consistent look.
  • Brand content: Build sizzle reels that package the Network for partners and audiences.
  • Channel strategy: Develop and publish content across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and more), tailoring the post and its variations to each channel and its audience rather than cross-posting the same thing everywhere.
  • Scheduling and calendar: Own the social calendar and run it through a scheduling platform, adjusting copy and creative per channel.
  • Copy: Write captions and supporting copy that match the brand voice.
  • Production support: Help on shoots as needed, including lighting and on-set assistance.
  • Brand voice: Bring a point of view on how we sharpen and grow our social presence over time.

Requirements

  • A working knowledge of today's social platforms, trends, and the different audiences that live on each one.
  • Short-form video editing skills in CapCut and/or another video editing software, with the ability to turn raw footage into a finished clip.
  • Graphic design ability in Adobe Creative Suite (thumbnails, social graphics).
  • Hands-on experience with at least one social media scheduling platform.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a multi-channel posting calendar without dropping a beat.
  • An eye for brand consistency and a feel for what a channel's look and feel should be.
  • Comfort on a set and a willingness to pitch in on production.
  • A team-first attitude and the ability to take direction and run with it in a small, fast-moving shop.

Preferred

  • A degree in a visual communications field (editing, marketing, or graphic design) is preferred but not required.
