Social Media Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Guide overall social media efforts to elevate brand image, awareness, and performance for assigned clients
• Collaborate with internal teams to integrate social media into broader advertising initiatives
• Stay current on social trends, tools, and platform updates, and recommend new strategies to keep clients ahead of the curve
• Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality
• Plan and execute strategic social media content calendars (including post concepts, copywriting, and collaboration with creative team)
• Write strong copy across multiple brand voices
• Coordinate with the creative team to develop content that aligns with strategy and campaign goals
• Manage daily community engagement and reputation management (comments, DMs, reviews as applicable)
• Monitor performance metrics and generate reports to measure effectiveness and identify opportunities. Use performance insights to refine content strategy over time
• Manage paid social campaigns day-to-day, including optimization opportunities to improve performance

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Marketing, Communications, Advertising, etc.)
• Minimum of 1 year of experience managing social media for businesses and/or brands
• Strong knowledge of social platforms, best practices, and content formats
• Excellent copywriting skills and experience writing across multiple brand voices
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Self-starter with a positive attitude and a drive to exceed objectives for clients and the agency
