Job Description
Responsibilities
- Support the Social Media team on all campaigns.
- Monitor and track relevant social conversations across multiple clients and alert the team to trends or shifts in sentiment.
- Compile weekly community management and social sentiment recaps.
- Assist with content calendar management, including asset management and copywriting.
- Support the team in compiling social media analytics reports.
- Keep tabs on industry trends, platform updates, and best practices.
- Participate in brainstorms and provide social-first, forward-thinking concepts.
Requirements
- 1+ year of professional social media or digital marketing experience. Experience in community management preferred; entertainment experience a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in high-pressure situations.
- Ability to multitask and manage deadlines across multiple projects.
- Solutions-oriented attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with an eye for details.
- Proficient in G Suite.
- Experience with social media publishing, monitoring, and listening tools a plus!
Preferred
- Experience in community management preferred
- Entertainment experience a plus.
