Job Description

Responsibilities

Create engaging social media graphics, posts, captions, and short-form content
Help manage social media accounts for multiple Redeemed Digital clients
Schedule and organize content across platforms using Metricool
Stay up to date with social media trends, platform changes, and content ideas
Assist with content planning and monthly social media calendars
Help organize client assets, photos, videos, and marketing materials
Assist with basic photo and video content when needed
Maintain client and lead information within Monday CRM
Assist with client communication and follow-ups
Perform general administrative and organizational tasks

Requirements

Experience with Canva, Adobe Express/Adobe Creative Suite, and social media content creation is strongly preferred.
The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, dependable, and able to manage multiple projects at once.
You should be comfortable working independently while also taking direction and collaborating on ideas.
Experience with social media management, graphic design, short-form video, photography, sales, customer service, or CRM systems is a major plus.
You don’t need to know everything on day one. We’re looking for someone who is willing to learn, take ownership of their responsibilities, and grow with the company.
