Job Summary

Support a student internship program that creates witty social content, scripts, and short videos for ONC’s political conversation channels, while coordinating with a small team on AI animation, podcasts, and community outreach.

  • Content Creation: produce catchy, witty posts and dialogue for social channels and scripts for videos.
  • Team & Platforms: collaborate with a Gen Z–led team using Slack, Google Drive, and Zoom to plan, review, and publish content, including regular media & marketing meetings.
  • Experience & Availability: commit to multiple semesters and participate in podcasts and team leadership duties when needed.

Job Description

  • We're looking for student interns interested in being creative writers with material, jokes (nothing heavy), scripts. These items get incorporated into our social media channels.

  • Other social media roles are also on the table, to include work with AI Animation, monthly podcasts and team lead duties.
  • We primarily use Slack, Google Drive and Zoom to communicate.
  • Meetings for the Media & Marketing team occur on Tuesdays at 3:30pm PST (mandatory but exceptions may be made for the right candidate).
