Job Description
Responsibilities
- Write LinkedIn posts and thought leadership content
- Help script short-form video content for LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok
- Write long-form YouTube video scripts
- Turn raw ideas, voice notes, and conversations into polished content
- Study viral founder-led content and improve hooks, structure, and storytelling
- Help develop TruGen AI’s brand voice and narrative
- Collaborate closely with the founder on content strategy and experimentation
Requirements
- Strong writer with clear, concise communication skills
- Deep interest in startups, AI, marketing, or tech
- Understands internet culture and founder-led media
- Can write content that feels human, sharp, and engaging
- High-agency and proactive
Preferred
- Bonus: experience with ghostwriting, YouTube scripting, or creator brands
